I have finally tried to work a tactile surface other than paper. This is watercolor and india ink on wood, more specifically a palochina wood plank that we previously used as a bookshelf.

It's really interesting for me to work on something like this because I've been used to working on paper for too long. I was meaning to use black acrylic paint for the linework, until my girlfriend suggested india ink, which she herself is currently using.
This piece is titled 'Escopolaminia', the idea of which came from this documentary that I watched on vbs.tv. Google it up! It's a 2 or 3-parter docu regarding Scopolamine, this Colombian drug that supposedly induces total loss of free will.
